ZS 650 is an integrated fibreglass chopper-spray system engineered for high-output production and consistent material application. Its 11:01 positive-displacement resin pump with synchronized catalyst pumping provides controlled proportioning, with a catalyst range of 1% to 3% and resin output of up to 9 kg/min.

The external-mix, air-atomized spray gun supports different spray tip sizes to accommodate varying resin and gelcoat viscosities and application requirements. Its 360° rotational tip system enables rapid adjustment between vertical and horizontal spray patterns, while the integrated roving chopper allows independent control of fibreglass reinforcement.

With instant-start catalyst technology, individual pressure controls, filter and recirculation, and pressure surge control, the ZS 650 delivers precise process control, efficient wet-out, and reliable shop-floor performance.

Engineered for 24/7 continuous industrial production, the CS 250 cutter head assembly delivers maximum dimensional stability and repeatable chop lengths within a tight tolerance. Built for minimal operational downtime, chop length adjustments are executed via a quick-swap modular head assembly.

The CS 250 unit operates at a total weight of 1.60 kg with an operational noise level of 95 dB. Pneumatic supply requirements specify 100 psi at 25 cfm via a standard 1/4″ connection thread. Configurable cutter head variants support chop lengths of 06 mm (20 blades), 12 mm (10 blades), 24 mm (5 blades), 31 mm (4 blades), 41 mm (3 blades), and 60 mm (2 blades). Direct-replacement consumables include the SR Rubber Roller (44-304-0016) and CH Blade (44-101-0035).
