Featuring an 11:01 resin pump ratio, the unit delivers outputs up to 8 kg/min (180 cc per stroke) with air requirements of 15 cfm @ 100 psi (7 bar). Its positive feed slave pump allows tool-free catalyst adjustments between 1% and 3% by volume, featuring a precise 0.25% least count.

Built for maximum operational efficiency and minimal material waste, the system incorporates complete independent recirculation—cycling unmixed resin and catalyst from the dispense head back to reservoirs to keep material lines de-gassed and prevent fillers from settling. MMD PS110 Metering-Mixing-Dispensing System is a semi-automated, economical solution designed for precise and efficient use of resin and catalyst in high-volume composite production. Compatible with polyester and vinyl ester resins, the system delivers up to 8 kg/min with an 11:01 resin pump ratio and adjustable catalyst dosing from 1% to 3%, enabling consistent material output and process control.
