Gravity-Fed Gelcoat Spray Gun.
Designed for smooth, consistent gelcoat application, GS 100 / GS100 pro delivers an even and controlled spray pattern through its vacuum-generating nozzle, ensuring uniform coverage and reliable results.
Equipped with 9 interchangeable brass nozzle sizes, it accommodates a wide range of material viscosities, making it suitable for all FRP applications. Operating at an air pressure of 60–100 psi (4–7 bar), the gun is supplied with a nozzle, connector, O-ring kit, wet film thickness (WFT) gauge, cleaning brush, aluminium lid, and plastic cup.
GS 340
Air Assisted, External Mix.
GS 340 is a compact, air-assisted gelcoat spray system engineered for controlled and consistent application of UP and VE gelcoats. The system incorporates an external-mix spray gun with a maximum material output of 2 kg/min, featuring 3 independent pressure controls for material, atomization, and spray gun, enabling precise adjustment of spray pattern and application performance.
GS 500
Airless, External Mix.
GS 500 is a compact and mauverable, airless gelcoat spray system engineered for precise material proportioning and consistent application in demanding production environments. Its 11:01 positive-displacement pump, synchronized catalyst pump, and independent pressure regulation provide accurate resin-to-catalyst control across a 1% – 3% catalyst range, with adjustment down to 0.25% increments.
The system features an external-mix spray gun with interchangeable spray tips and a rotating nozzle, allowing the spray pattern to be optimized for components of varying sizes. External mixing keeps resin and catalyst mixing outside the air cap, reducing gun clogging while supporting high flow rates and consistent atomization.
With filter and recirculation capability, pressure surge control, and output up to 3 kg/min, the GS 500 is designed to minimize overspray and material waste while delivering reliable, repeatable gelcoat application. Its lightweight 750 g spray gun and mobile configuration provide practical manoeuvrability for efficient shop-floor operation.

Airless, External Mix.
GS 550 is an airless gelcoat and resin spray system engineered for controlled material proportioning and consistent application. Its 11:01 positive-displacement pump with synchronized catalyst pumping provides accurate catalyst dosing from 1% – 3%, with a 0.25% adjustment increment.
The external-mix spray gun supports interchangeable tips and a rotational nozzle for optimized spray patterns and directional application. Individual pressure controls allow adjustment according to material viscosity, while filter/recirculation and pressure surge control ensure stable operation. Its bi-directional cart provides smooth manoeuvrability for efficient spraying of filled and high-viscosity systems.
