Vacuum Probes

These are through-bag type connectors for vacuum process connecting hose to bags. Its two halves design makes is easy to use. Lower half (base) is placed inside the bag and other half is placed over (outside) the bag. A small hole is made on vacuum bag and the mandrel of connector passes through this hole. Threading and seal provide a fool-proof and reliable air-tight port.

OD 10 mm Tube

Effective & inexpensive connections for vacuum manifold &resin feed lines. It creates a through-bag type connection and can be used for both low & high type application.

Quick Disconnect Coupling

The coupling is supplied in two halves – male and a female; when connected they make an airtight seal and allow air to pass through. Disconnected; internal valves close automatically to preventing any air leakage past either side of coupling. These are used to connect vacuum hoses to valve in vacuum process applications. Male side of coupling is assembled together with valve (port) and female side is attached to a vacuum hose.

Connection solutions for various applications to achieve safety and save time. Suitable for pneumatics and hydraulic. On the shop-floor, dis-connection and re-connection are happening all the time. Quick Disconnect Coupling provides clean break and full flow safety.

Silicone Vacuum Hose/Assembly

Silicone Vacuum Hose

Silicone Hose is an integral part to connect vacuum equipment for vacuum bagging, resin infusion and pre-preg composites manufacture.

In contrast to others, Silicone hose is durable and difficult to crush even at high temperatures. It shall spring back to shape after being crushed making it a resilient choice. Silicone is also chemically resistive, and resin will not stick to it. Hose is reinforced with polyester braiding to have greater flexibility and minimum bend radius.
