TOOLS4FRP Vacuum Station are ready-to-use, fully equipped with Vacuum Pump, Electric Motor, an optimum Resin Catch Pot, all necessary Electrical and Pneumatic connections. Our Vacuum Stations are designed for effortless integration with VaRTM equipment, Silicone Bagging Infusion Technology, Resin Infusion or Bagging processes.

Vacuum Pumps are oil sealed and air cooled with integrated oil separator. The inlet anti suck back valve protects the pump against counter rotation if pump stops without prior venting of the point of use. Optimized for efficient vacuum pumping at lowest possible power consumption and ideal operating temperature.
Electric Motor is selected to give maximum flexibility. All motors are with premium efficiency IE3 standard, 415 V ± 10% and are 3 phase.
Resin Catch Pot are our original designs with steel tank, transparent lid, easy connections and premium rust proof coating.
Electrical Setup in a water tight box with easy to use MCB switch.
